Bands With Good Intruments And Musicians?

I really like bands with brilliant musicians. For example, Slipknot, ignoring the vocals for those who don't like it, has many band members to allow a nice sounding intrument sound. The several percussionists enhance the sounds of the drums giving them their unique sound. Also, Tool has a dominant Bass, with nice beats and tunes.
I don't like anything pop or r&b etc. Only metal and alternative kind of stuff
This is what I like with a band - unique and different instrument sounds. Maybe a mixture of mediums - string/brass/woodwind at some points in songs perhaps.
It's difficult to explain, but it would be great to find other bands with great musicians.
